The Payra Port Authority (PPA), under the Ministry of Shipping, has announced a new recruitment notice for various revenue-budgeted positions. Bangladeshi citizens are invited to apply online for these technical and administrative roles located in Kalapara, Patuakhali.

Age Limit & General Conditions

• Minimum Age: Candidates must be at least 18 years old as of 01 April 2026.
• Physical Fitness: For Security Guards, a minimum height of 5'5" and vision of 6/6 is required. Candidates must complete a 400m run in 80 seconds.
• Govt Employees: Must apply through the proper channel and present an NOC during the viva voce.

Application Fee Payment (Teletalk)

Fees must be paid via Teletalk Pre-paid mobile within 72 hours of online submission:

• Posts 1 to 5: Total 223/- BDT (Fee 200/- + Service Charge 23/-).
• Post 6: Total 168/- BDT (Fee 150/- + Service Charge 18/-).
• Posts 7 to 9: Total 112/- BDT (Fee 100/- + Service Charge 12/-).
• Posts 10 to 12: Total 56/- BDT (Fee 50/- + Service Charge 6/-).

Selection Process

Candidates will undergo a written exam, followed by a viva voce and practical test (where applicable). All original certificates must be presented during the oral interview.
