• Auditor (অডিটর): Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree with at least a second class or equivalent CGPA from any recognized university. Additionally, candidates must have proper training in basic computer operations.
• Computer Operator (কম্পিউটার অপারেটর): Candidates must have a Bachelor's (Honors) or equivalent degree in Science from a recognized university. They must also pass a Standard Aptitude Test and possess a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute in Bangla and 30 words per minute in English.
• Junior Auditor (জুনিয়র অডিটর): Applicants must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent examination with at least a second division or equivalent GPA from any recognized board. A minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute in both English and Bangla, along with passing a Standard Aptitude Test, is mandatory.
• Data Entry Control Operator (ডাটা এন্ট্রি কন্ট্রোল অপারেটর): Candidates require an HSC or equivalent certificate from a recognized board. They must pass a Standard Aptitude Test and have a typing speed of 20 words per minute in both Bangla and English.
• Driver (ড্রাইভার): A Junior School Certificate (JSC) or equivalent examination pass is required. Candidates must possess a valid light or heavy driving license and have a minimum of 3 (three) years of practical experience in driving vehicles.
• Sorter (সর্টার) & Office Shohayok (অফিস সহায়ক): For both of these essential support staff positions, the minimum educational qualification is passing the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent examination from any recognized educational board.

General Conditions for Application (আবেদনের সাধারণ শর্তাবলি)

The CGA authority has published stringent rules and regulations regarding the application process to maintain the utmost integrity. Every applicant is requested to meticulously read and comprehend these terms to prevent the cancellation of their candidacy at any stage of the recruitment process.

1. The age of the candidate must be between 18 and 32 years as of 01-07-2026. Age will be verified solely through educational certificates; affidavits regarding age modification will be completely rejected.
2. Candidates who had already applied against the previous CGA circular dated 27 December 2021 (Memo No: 07.03.0000.002.17.002.21-1263/1230) do not need to apply again for these posts.
3. Individuals currently employed in government, semi-government, or autonomous organizations must apply with proper authorization from their respective appointing authorities. They will be required to submit the original "No Objection Certificate" (NOC) during the viva voce.
4. The authority strictly reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies mentioned in the circular, and even to cancel the recruitment notice entirely without providing any justification.
5. No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided to any candidate for participating in the written or oral examinations.
6. During the oral examination (viva voce), candidates must produce the original copies of all their educational certificates, national identity card (NID), union parishad/municipality citizenship certificate, and other relevant documents. One set of attested photocopies must also be submitted along with the downloaded Applicant's Copy.
7. If any candidate submits fake documents, provides false information, or resorts to any fraudulent means during the examination, their candidacy will be immediately canceled, and strict legal actions will be initiated against them.

Online Application Process (অনলাইনে আবেদন পূরণের নিয়মাবলি)

The entire application process is completely digitalized. Interested and eligible candidates must fill out the application form online through the designated Teletalk portal. Follow the step-by-step instructions carefully:

• Access the Portal: Open your web browser and navigate to the official website: https://cga.teletalk.com.bd.
• Application Timeline: The online application form filling and examination fee payment will commence on 06/08/2026 at 10:00 AM. The portal will automatically close on 27/08/2026 at 4:00 PM. Do not wait until the last minute.
• Uploading Photo & Signature: Candidates must upload a recent color photograph (Length 300 x Width 300 pixels, Maximum size 100 KB) and a clear signature (Length 300 x Width 80 pixels, Maximum size 60 KB) in the specific sections of the form.
• Information Verification: As the submitted information will be used for all future recruitment activities, the applicant must ensure 100% accuracy of all provided details before clicking the final 'Submit' button.
• Applicant's Copy: Once submitted successfully, a computerized Applicant's Copy will be generated containing a unique User ID. Candidates must download, print in color, and safely preserve this copy.

SMS Process & Examination Fee Payment (এসএমএস ও ফি প্রদান পদ্ধতি)

Submission of the online form is only the first step. The application will not be accepted until the examination fee is successfully paid via SMS using a Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile number. The fee structure varies based on the grade of the position applied for.

Fee Structure:

• For Auditor (Grade-11): The application fee is 200/- (Two hundred) Taka and Teletalk service charge is 23/- (Twenty-three) Taka, totaling 223/- (Two hundred and twenty-three) Taka.
• For Computer Operator, Junior Auditor, Data Entry Control Operator, Driver (Grades 13 & 16): The application fee is 100/- (One hundred) Taka and Teletalk service charge is 12/- (Twelve) Taka, totaling 112/- (One hundred and twelve) Taka.
• For Sorter & Office Shohayok (Grades 19 & 20): The application fee is 50/- (Fifty) Taka and Teletalk service charge is 6/- (Six) Taka, totaling 56/- (Fifty-six) Taka.

SMS Formatting Instructions:

Within 72 hours of receiving the User ID from the online application, candidates must send two SMS messages to complete the payment.

First SMS:
Go to your mobile's message option and type: CGA <space> User ID and send it to 16222.
Example: CGA ABCDEF send to 16222.

In reply, you will receive an SMS containing a PIN and the total fee amount to be deducted.

Second SMS:
To confirm the payment, type: CGA <space> YES <space> PIN and send it to 16222.
Example: CGA YES 12345678 send to 16222.

If the payment is successful, you will receive a final congratulatory message containing your User ID and a Password. These credentials must be preserved for downloading the admit card.

Admit Card Download Instructions (প্রবেশপত্র প্রাপ্তি)

The authority will notify eligible candidates via SMS on their provided mobile numbers regarding the issuance of the admit card. It is crucial to keep the mobile number active at all times. Once notified, applicants must visit the link https://cga.teletalk.com.bd/admitcard/ to download and color-print their admit cards using the User ID and Password provided during the application phase. The printed admit card must be carried to the examination hall.
