Educational Qualifications (শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা)

• For Office Assistant cum Computer Typist: Candidates must have passed the HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent examination from a recognized board. Furthermore, they must have skills in operating computers and must pass the relevant examination as per the 2020 rules (amended 2024).
• For Security Guard & Bearer: Candidates must have passed the SSC (Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent examination. They must possess good health.
• For Cleaner & Mali: Candidates must have passed the JSC (Junior School Certificate) or equivalent examination. They must also pass the relevant recruitment examinations according to the established rules.

General Conditions for Application (আবেদনের শর্তাবলি)

To ensure a transparent recruitment process, the Deputy Commissioner's Office has outlined strict terms and conditions for all applicants. Reading these carefully is a crucial step before applying for any Govt Jobs.

1. The applicant must be a citizen of Bangladesh by birth and must be a permanent resident of Tangail district.
2. The age of the candidate must be between 18 and 32 years as of 18/08/2026. Age will be verified via educational certificates or online birth registration. No affidavits will be accepted for age verification.
3. The latest government policies regarding quota allocation will be strictly followed during the recruitment process.
4. If any information or document provided by a candidate is found to be false, fake, or forged, or if the candidate resorts to any unfair means during the examination, their candidacy will be cancelled. Legal actions will also be taken against them.
5. Candidates must present all original educational certificates, national ID card, and character certificates during the oral examination (viva). Attested photocopies must also be submitted.
6. To prove permanent residency, a certificate issued by the Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation must be submitted.
7. Children of valiant freedom fighters, persons with disabilities, and candidates from ethnic minorities/Harijan communities must provide relevant authentic certificates from concerned ministries/departments.
8. Married female candidates must mention their husband's permanent address in the citizenship certificate.
9. The applicant's name, father's name, mother's name, and date of birth in the online form must match exactly as written in their certificates.
10. Any form of lobbying or persuasion will be considered a disqualification for the candidate.
11. The authority reserves the right to amend or cancel the recruitment notice without assigning any reason. The number of posts may also increase or decrease.
12. Candidates currently employed in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel.
13. No TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance) will be provided for attending the recruitment examinations.

Online Application Process (অনলাইনে আবেদন পূরণের নিয়মাবলি)

Interested candidates must apply online. Applications through any other medium will not be accepted. The step-by-step process is as follows:

• Website: Visit the official portal http://dctangail.teletalk.com.bd.
• Timeline: The online form fill-up and fee payment begin on 04/08/2026 at 10:00 AM and conclude on 18/08/2026 at 5:00 PM.
• User ID: Upon submitting the online application correctly, a User ID will be provided. Candidates must pay the application fee via SMS within 72 hours of receiving this User ID.
• Photo & Signature: Candidates must upload a color photograph (Size: 300x300 pixels, Max Size: 100 KB) and a signature (Size: 300x80 pixels, Max Size: 60 KB) in the designated sections.
• Accuracy Check: Since the provided information will be used in all subsequent processes, candidates are strictly advised to verify the accuracy of the information before clicking 'Submit'.
• Applicant's Copy: After submission, candidates must download and print the Applicant's Copy. If the photo or signature is illegible, the application will not be accepted.

SMS Procedure and Fee Payment (এসএমএস ও ফি প্রদান পদ্ধতি)

After successfully applying online, the candidate must pay the required fee using a Teletalk prepaid mobile number.

• Fee for Post 1: Examination fee BDT 100/- and Teletalk service charge BDT 12/-; Total BDT 112/- (One hundred and twelve).
• Fee for Posts 2 to 7: Examination fee BDT 50/- and Teletalk service charge BDT 6/-; Total BDT 56/- (Fifty-six).

First SMS Format:
Type: DCTANGAIL <space> User ID and send it to 16222.
Example: DCTANGAIL ABCDEF send to 16222.

Second SMS Format (After receiving PIN):
Type: DCTANGAIL <space> YES <space> PIN and send it to 16222.
Example: DCTANGAIL YES 12345678 send to 16222.

Upon successful payment, a confirmation SMS will be received containing a password. Candidates must safely preserve the User ID and Password.

Admit Card Download (প্রবেশপত্র প্রাপ্তি)

The issuance of the admit card will be communicated in due time via SMS to the eligible candidates' mobile numbers and updated on the website. Candidates can download their admit card by visiting the official Admit Card URL: http://dctangail.teletalk.com.bd/admitcard/ using their respective User ID and Password. The admit card must be printed in color and carried to the examination hall.

Special Note for Previous Applicants (পূর্বের আবেদনকারীদের জন্য বিশেষ নির্দেশনা)

Candidates who previously applied for posts sl no 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 corresponding to the recruitment memo dated 28 July 2024 (Memo no. 05.41.9300.009.11.001.24-324) do not need to apply again. Their previous applications remain valid and are under consideration. Also, candidates are highly discouraged from applying for more than one post on the same day due to the possibility of examinations clashing.
