The Islamic Foundation is hiring for mid-to-senior level roles ranging from the 6th Grade to the 9th Grade as per the National Pay Scale 2015. Below is the exact distribution of the 65 vacant positions across the 13 designated post categories.

To maintain the high standards of the Foundation, specific educational qualifications and experiences are required for each post. Here is a summarized overview of the major criteria:

1. Deputy Director & Senior Program Officer

Applicants must hold a 2nd Class Honors with a 2nd Class Master’s degree or an equivalent Madrasah degree. Crucially, a Deputy Director requires 8 years of 1st Class Govt/Autonomous experience, while a Senior Program Officer requires 6 years in Govt service or 8 years in Autonomous service.

2. Medical Officer Roles

For the 20 Medical Officer positions (8th Grade), candidates must possess an MBBS degree and have at least 2 years of practical experience in the medical profession. The Health Instructor cum Medical Officer (9th Grade) requires an MBBS followed by internship completion and 2 years of Govt/Autonomous experience.

3. Administrative & Academic Roles (9th Grade)

Posts such as Assistant Director, Research Officer, and Program Officer primarily demand a 1st Class Master’s degree or a 2nd Class Honors with a 2nd Class Master's (or equivalent Madrasah degrees). Specialized posts like Social Science Instructor require specific 4-year Bachelor's degrees in Agriculture, Fisheries, or Livestock. The Accounts Officer must hold a Master's in Commerce with 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor's with 5 years of experience.

Age restrictions are strictly enforced as of 01 April 2026:

• For the post of Deputy Director: Maximum 40 years.
• For all other posts (Posts 2 to 13): Between 18 to 32 years.

Affidavits for age manipulation are not acceptable under any circumstances.

The application procedure is exclusively digital. Hard copies or manual submissions will be rejected. Follow these steps to ensure a flawless application:

1. Open your browser and visit the Teletalk portal: http://ifb.teletalk.com.bd.
2. Select the desired post. A candidate can apply for multiple posts, but if exams fall on the same day/time, they can only sit for one.
3. Fill out the prescribed form mandated by the Ministry of Public Administration accurately. If applying as a departmental candidate, ensure you have the proper NOC (No Objection Certificate).
4. Upload a recent color photograph (Size: 300x300 pixels, Max: 100 KB).
5. Upload a clear signature (Size: 300x80 pixels, Max: 60 KB).
6. Review the Application Preview carefully. Once the fee is paid, no modifications can be made. Submit and download the Applicant's Copy to get your User ID.

Application Fee Payment System (এসএমএস এর মাধ্যমে ফি প্রদান)

The application fee is standardized. For General Candidates, the fee is Tk 223/- (Fee 200 + Teletalk Charge 23). For Disadvantaged Groups (Ethnic Minorities, Physically Disabled, Third Gender), the fee is Tk 56/- (Fee 50 + Teletalk Charge 6).

Upon successful payment, you will receive a congratulatory SMS containing your User ID and Password, which must be preserved to download the Admit Card later.

The recruitment process will consist of Written, Practical (if applicable), and Viva Voce examinations. The exact schedule will be published on the official website. No separate interview letters will be sent via postal mail.

Candidates qualifying for the Viva Voce must bring the following documents:

• 1 set of photocopies and the original copy of the NID Card.
• Admit card of the written/practical exam.
• 3 recent passport-size color photographs.
• Original educational and experience certificates.
• Equivalence certificate from the concerned committee (if holding a foreign degree).
• Appropriate ID cards for disabled, ethnic minority, or third-gender candidates issued by relevant authorities.
