The Civil Surgeon Office, Bogura (CS Bogura) has published a major recruitment circular for 2026. This is a tremendous opportunity for permanent residents of Bogura district to secure a government job in the health sector. Applications are being invited for various 3rd and 4th-class revenue-budgeted positions (Grades 14 to 16).
Interested and eligible candidates must apply online through the official Teletalk portal (csbogura.teletalk.com.bd). Please note that no manual or hard copy applications will be accepted under any circumstances.
Timely submission is critical. The online application server will automatically close after the deadline, and no extensions will be granted. Mark your calendars with the following schedule:
A massive total of 145 vacancies are available across 5 distinct categories. The highest number of vacancies is for the "Health Assistant" position, which is distributed across various Unions and Wards in Bogura.
- Store Keeper: HSC or equivalent pass. Must provide a security deposit as per government rules.
- Office Assistant cum Typist: HSC or equivalent pass with computer typing skills (20 wpm in both English and Bangla).
- Statistician: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics/Math/Economics with basic computer operation skills.
- Driver: JSC (8th Grade) pass with a valid driving license for light vehicles. Experienced drivers will get preference.
- Health Assistant: HSC or equivalent pass. Note: Candidates for this post must be permanent residents of the specific Ward/Union they are applying for.
Age Limit (বয়সসীমা):
As of 06 May 2026, candidates must be between 18 to 32 years old. Age determination relies on educational certificates; affidavits are not accepted.
Note for Previous Applicants (2018): Candidates who applied for the 2018 Health Assistant circular (which was not completed) DO NOT need to apply again. Their previous applications remain valid.
Follow these precise steps to submit your application and pay the required fee using a Teletalk Pre-paid mobile number:
- Visit the portal: http://csbogura.teletalk.com.bd.
- Fill out the Application Form accurately. Government/Semi-Government employees must apply with proper authority permission.
- Upload a recent color photo (Size: 300x300 pixels, Max: 100 KB) and a scanned signature (Size: 300x80 pixels, Max: 60 KB).
- Submit the form and download the Applicant's Copy. Note your unique User ID.
Application Fee Payment System (এসএমএস এর মাধ্যমে ফি প্রদান)
The application fee for all positions (Grade 14 to 20) is Tk. 112/- (Fee Tk 100 + Teletalk service charge Tk 12). Payment must be completed within 72 hours of online submission.

After a successful transaction, you will receive a confirmation SMS containing your User ID and Password, which you will need to download your Admit Card later.
Candidates must pass the written examination to qualify for the practical test (mandatory for Office Assistants and Drivers) and the Viva Voce. During the Viva Voce, candidates must present:
- Original educational certificates and mark sheets.
- NID card and Nationality Certificate from the local Mayor/Chairman (mentioning the specific old ward for Health Assistants).
- 1st Class Gazetted Officer attested Character Certificate.
- Downloaded Applicant's Copy and Admit Card.
*A satisfactory Police Verification Report and a dope test (drug screening) are mandatory prerequisites for final appointment.
